Edit: this was also an extremely funny and adorable clip, also you really tell Rika-san is a veteran seiyuu her voice acting skills are very impressive, also the fact she doesn't get shy about voicing in front of people you can tell she's a true professional!
Yep. With both the original Japanese and EN dubs, Ash always had a female VA. Rica did all seasons of Satoshi (except an episode that featured a kid Satoshi) and Ash had 2 female VAs.
