So, I recently moved to Dubai a year ago to pursue my masters, and there have been questions constantly asked to me on why I chose this career and how I managed to get an admission overseas. So, here is my video to help many out there.

Disclaimer-It may be demotivating but its fact without any sugarcoating
BDS is a course where you left with limited option no jobs just lackh of opportunities except to spend lackhs to open up a clinic without any promissing returns Due to oversaturation ,salary of BDS doctor is less than a security guard.And one had to forget govt jobs railways or jobs in civil hospital
Dont belive me just search the jobs and salary for dental surgon 8 to 10000rs per month with 6 days jobs no incentive no meal
Firsly accept reality than to sugar coat it.Its only ego and sugarcoating that dentistry is in worst situation nowdays.Government least care about this course in his budget and many of malocclusion in teeth people simply ignore them to treat due to high tratment cost
Solution-Introduction of new camps
2.Establish dental wing and Placement of dentist in hospital
3.Application of new programs like mobile heath care service or rular area program for dentist to be placed in village
4.New fellowship programs if in case bridge course fails that give wide prospects in the feild
5.Introduction of new sector's that placed dentist like railways heathcare ,deparment
If you still don't believe try to give exam of NEET and you will get addmission in just 40% and seats still left vaccant
