The AEK is only picked as the best because everyone always mobs the CC maps and that thing is a face melter at close range. However if you chance out to more open maps the AEK gets you shut down a lot. Some of the best guns IMO RFB, SCAR, M4
you should also add the ACE 23
@@hassan8116me yeah, ACE23 is good all around assault rifle. Still better in CC but can be fairly accurate at medium range too. High rate of fire and a quick reload, without mad recoil make it a contender for top gun. M4 is also decent.

my personals (i havent played anything earlier than bf4 or bfv) are the suez canal in bf4, the second mission in avanti savoia or the final mission in through mud and blood, and i like all the missions in hardline but the last mission i really like

I'd say hellrigel( don't know how its spelled). Call it a noobrigel but it has a fat mag size, really controllable recoil and does better from close range than the rib. Also i can merk much more ppl without reloading than the rib.

For BF4 it Should have been the AK5C, I always see people using it online, even I use it like crazy, and in my experience the AN-94 is better that the AEK
For me I'd stick with AEK, F2000, MTAR, and ACWR

The AEK is absolutely goated but Id say without a doubt the ACWR is right next to it. Easier to control, easier to use, easier to learn as a weapon in general. And Id say the recoils easier to control.

L85A2 I think is the best assault rifle in both 4 and Hardline the M416 and AEK are overrated in my opinion
