#PakuwonMall (formerly #SupermalPakuwonIndah, abbreviated SPI) is the biggest mall in #Surabaya, Indonesia. The mall has leaseable area of 200,000 m2. This mall is connected with #PakuwonTradeCenter (PTC). It is on Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar at #PakuwonIndah Superblock complex at 30-hectare land area, at the #CBD of West Surabaya. At the top of Pakuwon Mall, there are four tower apartments, which are called Orchard and Tanglin Tower, Anderson and Benson Tower, and there are two condominium towers called La Riz and La Viz. La Viz is still under construction. Also, there are 2 hotels right above this mall, #TheWestin and #FourPoints by #Sheraton, which operates starting 8 December 2019. This mall was first opened in November 2003 by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, two years after #PakuwonGroup opened #TunjunganPlaza 4. Pakuwon Mall has six floors, while Pakuwon Trade Center has only three.
On 22 February 2017, Pakuwon Mall (expansion of Supermal Pakuwon Indah) officially opened, and Pakuwon Group changed the mall name from "Supermal Pakuwon Indah" into "Pakuwon Mall".

Pakuwon Mall 1 (formerly Supermal Pakuwon Indah)
The mall consists of 3 Floors, 1 Basement Parking and Rooftop. After the expansion of Pakuwon Mall in 2017, some part of the car park in the Basement floor, and Rooftop is used for the expansion of the mall retail area.
Pakuwon Mall 2
This is the new part of the mall opened on 22 February 2017. The new expansion of the mall area consists of 6 floors, which was built in 2 phases. The phase 2 is for the left side from the Grand Atrium and Orchard Tanglin Apartment, the construction was started from 2012 and already finished in 2014. For the 3rd phase, which is the Fashion Atrium Area and La Riz Condominium was built from 2013 and already finished in 2017. For the Parking area consists of 3 Basement. The soft opening of this mall opened on 10 November 2016.
Pakuwon Mall 3 or Pakuwon Mall Home Pro
currently under construction located at the Citywalk area (part of the Mall from 2004-2013) which have been demolished and rebuilt for Pakuwon Mall 3, also 2 apartment towers and 1 condominium tower. Opened on 28 February 2020.

This mall is focused on lifestyle center like gadget area, pet shop, beauty center, reflexology center.

Pakuwon Mall (sebelumnya bernama Supermal Pakuwon Indah) adalah pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Indonesia dengan luas NLA sebesar 200.000 m2. Pusat perbelanjaan ini berdampingan dan menyatu dengan Pakuwon Trade Center (atau biasa disingkat PTC). Pusat perbelanjaan ini terletak di Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar no 2, Kompleks Perumahan Pakuwon Indah, Lontar, Sambikerep, Kota Surabaya dan merupakan bagian dari Pakuwon Indah Superblock dengan total luas 30 hektar, tepat di pusat #CBDSurabaya Barat.
Pakuwon Indah Superblock terdapat 2 Apartemen yaitu #Orchard dan #Tanglin Tower yang merupakan bagian dari #PakuwonMallMansion, serta #LaRiz Condominium. Terdapat juga Hotel Ascott Waterplace yang terletak diseberang PTC, serta 2 Hotel di atas Pakuwon Mall, yaitu The Westin dan Four Points by Sheraton yang mulai beroperasi pada bulan Desember 2019.
Pusat perbelanjaan ini pertama kali beroperasi pada bulan November 2003 di bawah naungan Pakuwon Permai, anak perusahaan dari PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, dua tahun setelah Pakuwon Group meresmikan Tunjungan Plaza 4.
Mal ini terdiri atas 3 lantai basement, 6 lantai di Pakuwon Mall serta 1 lantai untuk exhibition hall, PTC terdiri atas 3 lantai (Lantai 1 di PTC termasuk sebagai bagian dari area Pakuwon Mall), serta Pakuwon Mall Home Pro yang hanya terdiri atas 2 lantai.
Pada tanggal 22 Februari 2017, Pakuwon Mall (perluasan Supermal Pakuwon Indah) secara resmi dioperasikan secara total (sepenuhnya) dan Pakuwon Group mengubah nama pusat perbelanjaan ini yang sebelumnya "Supermal Pakuwon Indah" menjadi "Pakuwon Mall".
Pada tanggal 28 Februari 2020, mulai dioperasikan ekstensi Pakuwon Mall, yaitu Pakuwon Mall Home Pro dengan luas 20.000 m2. Selain perluasan mall, terdapat 2 gedung apartemen & 1 kondominium di atas Pakuwon Mall Home Pro, yaitu Anderson dan Benson Tower, serta La Viz.
