Despite my prior experience with these types, I find myself watching your videos with the belief that I will gain new insights.
Consequently, I learned about the nice little rule of thumb for Double and CGFloat.

Im pretty much trying to start a career in app dev. Ive been watching different stuff about computer science and what not. I knew about boolean from logic gates etc. Thats pretty neat that the xcode/swift still uses boolean stuff at a programming language level that however should be no surprise. Kinda universal if something is or isnt true lol.

Does anyone know the shortcut to run the code? I heard it was command+B on Mac, but it don't work for me.

I was using ChatGPT to learn Swift. But that way is equivalent to trying to illuminate the room with a single match.

It’s so frustrating when my software doesn’t do the same thing that you’re doing!
I’m holding Option. I get the question mark, I click but I don’t get that declaration box.
    I’m using Xcode 14.3.1
    Thanks for the awesome videos!

Try clean and rebuild (cmd + shift + k), or restart Xcode!

@@SwiftfulThinking restarting Xcode was the fix. I see Xcode has only 3.2 stars on the App Store. Yikes! Not too many people happy with it. I’m wondering if this is just inexperienced users or is it that quirky. Thank you for the speedy reply.

    Thank you always.
