No it´s not, the frequency is not 50hz, it is not pure sine, and it is not stable fixed voltage. can you plug in any sensitive device to it? no, you really should not, can it power simple loads? Tungsten lamps and resistive loads? yes probably just fine

The theoretical power with a microwave transformer is what the microwave is rated for. Remember, transformer effect is square of core at 50Hz.

simple lamps can run on dc anyway, so just need to connect a few batteries in series...
