Hey! I just wanted you to know that you gave me the idea and inspired me to make my very first altered book! I had never heard of it before but thank you! I'm really enjoying the process and it's helping me get through a very hard time with my mental health. I have bipolar and am currently in an episode, doing this is helping to distract and calm my manic brain. ❤

This is why I’m doing what I’m doing and putting in the work to share these videos. Art is the best therapy I’ve ever experienced and it opened my mind and gave me a voice. Thank you for taking the time to comment and let me know.
