OMG SASHA 😲 I was in Vegas literally the week before you, there for BlackPink at Allegiant, stayed in Mandalay Bay in the Delano tower, floor 62. Yes, it jumps from 30 to 62 right away, not sure why, so it's not actually 60 stories tall. Zero issues with my room, no dust that I could see, but it was like straddling a horse trying to climb over the tub wall to get into the gigantic shower. Noisy neighbors, but it's Vegas, whatever, just don't knock on my door. Also traveled solo, but I got the shuttle from the airport and took a taxi back. I was blown away by how nice people are and ready to help you! Still never going back, you couldn't pay me. I had to wear my earbuds walking around in the casino just because the sounds from everywhere were just so overwhelming. Also a bit depressing everything is basically shuttered during the week and only open on weekends. I was there for a Thur, Fri, Sat thing, and the change was bizarre. Not there long enough to swim, but maybe a good thing? Bed bugs and public chlorine water omfg. I'm itchy just thinking about it now...
The shooting in 2017 was from the Mandalay Bay hotel on the 30 something floor..maybe since then the hotel doesn’t utilize those floors?

That hotel experience sounds the worst! Unclean hotels are bad enough, but I've seen loads of nightmarish vids on how cameras get hidden in a hotel room. I stayed at a shitty B&B in Edinburgh once. One night only thank god. The morning me and my bf checked out, we were cuddling in bed, and someone unlocks and opens our door!!! Uhm...excuse me???? Wtf!?!?!
