thanks for the video, I have to do this for my LJ. Right now it doesnt have driveshafts, at any point does the jeep need to be in gear so things do not rotate?
@10cosmic glad the video helped No, you dont have to put it in gear or anything, the only way the engine will turn is if you do it by hand like so in the video Good Luck!

Did you have to drop the oil pan to do the timing?
@@Wanted_zx6 no need to remove oil pan, i did not in the video.
And i just cleaned the spot where it touches oil pan
No leaks either
