I know that speed hurt some feelings. But they will be allright. Caught behind a few cars running on one cylinder in the last group cost us first place but we will make that up. Car is lightning. Congrats Sneaky Bob. Great job EP!
@@jamesbasey8023 had to put weight everywhere and anywhere. Yes it’s metal chassis but it’s that light metal that after being sanded and polished didn’t amount to much. Looks like two cars are heavier than mine though
Fantastic show. Elise is a wonderful new co host and addition to this superb production. Top notch racing. New lap record. This is a great series. Look forward to next round🏁
Fabulous race, speed was off the hook; Blueline was being Blueline, fast as lightning. Sneaky Bob also, plus living up to his name. Excellent race format, excellent production, diecast racing at its finest! We’ll done to all!!
Pikes Peak accommodates so many styles of racing! Even an all Porsche event would provide superb quality! Batmobiles? Perhaps. VW Beetles? I might not push it that far 😉🤭 Edited to add, Boss Championship Racing is another great venue for Indy/F1 racing if you haven't seen that show yet 👍
Great racing, exciting action and excellent commentary. Gratz to the group winner. Gorgeous raceway, over the top production. A phenomenon in the sport of diecast racing. 10,000 thumbs up! "Keep your roof to the Sun" Mahalo! 🤙🏽
Another great round of racing action. Sneaky Bob was sneaky once again. I said it before it amazes me how well these open wheel cars are doing. EP once again you are amazing
This would be worth a second viewing even if I had not been distracted by a healthy and active presence in the live chat! New Lap Record set tonight, I'll give you three guesses who and the first two don't count against ya!! Elyse is a scary-good voice--to get this much inflection and emotion, it's not uncanny, it's plain GOOD! Waiting with bated breath to see how this all shakes out and we discover who has mastered the tricky art of open wheel breakneck speed racing at Pikes Peak! Such a fantastic show once again, EP!!
Can't wait for this tournament to start. This is easily one of the best well rounded tracks on the Diecast circuit, and has always delivered. Bring it on 💯👍😜💪🇬🇧🤜🤛👌🔥🔥
Oof, sorry everyone, not sure what happened there. I know I'm sort of a hit or miss builder, but I don't usually miss by that much 😅. Wish I could blame transit damage, but I think the car just sucks. Great work, everyone else!
This is not fair for BlueLine. Sneaky Bob was never positioned behind the slow red car. The last race really robbed BlueLine from being first in the standing.
When I was played Athos the Musketeer for 4 years at the Michigan Renaissance Festival one of the show's fans described our theatrical troupe's success as, "Attractive people in pretty costumes doing amazing things." This series is just that, but with diecast. The builders have done a fantastic job making their cars look good and go fast, the track/diorama is breathtaking, and the cinematography is at a level we don't see anywhere else in diecast racing. Commentary is top notch and is driving discussion & speculation in the comment section on who or what Elise may be: real or AI, or maybe something else? Could she even be Mrs. EP in real life lending a hand and joining the fun/work? Do we even want to know and have our suspended disbelief shattered? And the racing is enjoyable because diecast fans recognize the names of the builders from other channels, too, and they keep it competitive. It reminds me of the good ol' days of racing where the lines of Al Unser, Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti, Peter Revson, and many others could drive in F1, Can Am, Trans Am, Indy, or NASCAR and the race organizers were glad to have them. The racers here are the same ones we see over at Gravity Throttle Racing, Races & Fun, Chaos Canyon, and many other channels. Blue Line was looking like Charles Leclerc at Monaco in the races he won here, and that's no easy feat. A hearty WELL DONE to EP and the builders!!!
Doug!!! So great to hear from you! This comment has my full attention rich in details! Thank you for these responses as they give me the steam 💨 to keep going! Thank you!

How hard was it getting it to 61g? Did you start with a metal on metal casting?
@@jamesbasey8023 had to put weight everywhere and anywhere. Yes it’s metal chassis but it’s that light metal that after being sanded and polished didn’t amount to much. Looks like two cars are heavier than mine though
Nice job with the new fastest lap. That's easily the quickest car in the tournament 💯👍👍🇬🇧😜
Wow 😲 Blue-line. Incredible speed and new track record. Lol,How do you have such incredibly fast cars? 😂
Congratulations on the stage win Bob! That Blueline car is flying! Going to be a fun event.
Sneaky Bob, great win! It's going to be an exciting tournament. I have that same casting, so now I am off to see if it is as fast as my No Fear 5 Dot.

these sort of diecast content truly show the racing part of diecasts are still alive

Good to see single-seaters in action, and I like the points totalling tournament - both make a change from most diecast racing!

@@Chris_Hood Thanks - I have seen Boss Championship racing but I'm a few videos behind - the days are just too short!
I sure am enjoying the Indy cars and i really like your overhead camera shot from time ro time!😊
Gorgeous entries, great show and a showcase of speed! That’s the trifecta! Woot! 🙌🏽
Blue line was flying. Great racing and the new co host is a nice add.
Nice work Sneaky Bob. Blazing speed BlueLine. Badass, super cool video EP. 🍸🤩😎🍸

It's *always* scary to see a BlueLine car positioned right beside you. You cannot catch them on top speed.
no chance!😄
Sorry, I'm late to the show. Those cars are fast. And great job Elise!!! Love the combo you too make. Great show again my friend.

Great stuff loving the Indy Races!
Blueline car won by a third of the track vs some really top notch diecast racers. That car is clearly a few steps above the competition.
So fun to catch up on these videos!
Nice racing. Length of track is really good. Track needs more passing spots though...
This is a good racing track. Tired of all the DNFs on these types of tracks
Let's GOOOO EP!

It's to see a different format with adding up total points with all the rounds, feels just a real racing season.
Would feel even more like real Indy racing if the winning cars stayed up front the whole time in order of finish.
Great race tonight. No spoilers here. Just watch this awesome race.

Is Elise an AI?
If she is, she is doing a better human impression than Charles does. I m tempted to say that she s a real person.
It's a Lotus sports car.
