Getting there 15 minutes early allows you to have time to sign your waivers if you haven't already, and so they can brief you and answer any questions you have. I used to work at a float spa, and that 15 minute buffer helps the workers as much as the customers. Also, 15 minutes isn't a big deal. Having some patience won't kill you lmao. I swear people don't even know the definition of that word nowadays.

Well if they do schedule you 15 mins more time and you are still late that is definitely a you problem.
