Blooming tube tone from the Fender Bassman 100T

  • Some pick playing through a Fender Bassman 100T with a Fender Mike Dirnt Precision Bass. Volume is set so that tubes are well saturated and will break up slightly when digging in on the strings. It sounds a lot better in person than on this recording.

      Yeah! I noticed this aswell.. in the recording it sounds quite a bit brighter than in reality.. I’ll fiddle with it to get something less bright.

      Ayy I don’t know.. I play this a lot because of the D & G string ringing out well with this amp haha

      I think these basses are ash but the bass is very light so might be alder I don’t know for sure
