Dude the graphics donnt work until you reboot look how flat your grass textures are.. its still in low technically my man.

Did you restart the game to apply settings? I am sure that this is not high graphics setting. Texture, face, hair, cloth, grass,… everything is on low. This video is totally wrong with the “high setting” title man.
