Those are nice peek-a-boo touches! The HOA for the Endless Summer model is $500/mo. Unfortunately that doesn't include golf or tennis privileges! So, to answer your question, I am not entirely sure why the HOA is higher than other nearby communities. Could be the endless landscaping in the 1,000 acres gated community?
