@@leannemiller-mielke808 You have to turn the two bottom bolts in the front counterclockwise a few turns until the post is level. You will have to loosen all 4 top bolts a little bit at first. Then re-tighten all four top bolts once you get the post level.
Your instructions show the anchor plate flat on the concrete BUT the video shows it elevated and the bottom nut (Under the anchor plate) on grade resting on the concrete with an air space under the anchor plate. Which is it? (I did my anchor plate on the concrete....... concerned).
I just put in my anchor system and the instructions said that the bottom nuts would be forever imbedded in the cement. The plate should sit directly on top of your cement. The actual post will sit on top of the nuts that are above the plate then another set of nuts will be on top of the pole base. Could that be the air space that you refer to?
