Not true about absortion percentage....Linus Pauling (2 time nobel prize winner)measured his own urine. He recommended around 10000mg per day in spread out doses . I take 6000mg and lots more if I catch a bug. This guy doesn't know much.
Okay I know its true probably but we all know vitamin c degradation is fast so you must reply on his key point on updated knowledge on this he not wrong he just said take it in divided doses to get same benefit. Please do not confuse the public.
