    3:17 take Vitamin C regularly in small doses / quantities (4 x 250 mg is better absorbed than 1 x 1000 mg)

    Not true about absortion percentage....Linus Pauling (2 time nobel prize winner)measured his own urine. He recommended around 10000mg per day in spread out doses . I take 6000mg and lots more if I catch a bug. This guy doesn't know much.

      Okay I know its true probably but we all know vitamin c degradation is fast so you must reply on his key point on updated knowledge on this he not wrong he just said take it in divided doses to get same benefit. Please do not confuse the public.

      Oh BTW he died a year ago and he is my fav doc so please have a little respect he knows alot thats why he did a 30 min video on frikin vitamin c and not 3 min you making me mad rn cuz he dead and he did his best plz change how you comment on him he knows his stuff he did his best ok now he's dead have some respect Jesus I dont understand yalls hate on people are not perfect;!!

    Have taken a minimum 2 grams (2000 mg) of C per day for 12 years. Have not gotten a cold or flu in 12 years. Placebo I suppose according to this. Good luck to everyone.

    Best way to take Vitamin C is to sniff the powder if you catch a cold - clears the nose very well !

    Your camera focusing is the wrong way around. Your face should be sharper than the background. You could place a blur over the background only.

    bioavailable ascorbic acid is available in meat. I eat raw liver. Adrenals are a good source too.
    How on earth did the Eskimos survive without plants (mostly carnivore diet)
