I've been buying these for a couple of years. They're the best meat buy anywhere. I learned some new cuts from your video, so thanks. I also trim the fat of with a lot of the meat still on it to make sausage.

Thank you! This is the type of stuff I keep looking for. But typically all I see you do is say follow to learn.

Thank you so much, Meat Dad! You just saved me $7 the first time I tried this. I was going to buy 2 lbs of pork chops, but all the cut ones were so expensive: $10 for thin cut, $12 or more for lean pork chops. I went right over to the small pork roast, like what you made here. $6.20 for a 3 lb pork roast. Now I have my 2lbs of pork chops and miscellaneous diced pork I can use for stew meat. 😊

I cut these up in chops and small pieces for chile verde/rojo con carne. Now I'll make some baby back ribs! Thanks!

My son recommended this guy to me, and OMG, how have I never thought to put that big ol pork chop and cut it up!? Instead, in running to the store multiple times a month for different cuts

I made small roast, then some boneless chops that I pounded tender then breaded them with panko bread crumbs and fried them. Served with Katsu sauce my kids went crazy for it. And I still have some chops in the freezer all for under 20 bucks

Would you cut thicker chops and butterfly for schnitzel?

This was helpful! Thank you. I'm 46, been cooking for a long time but have always been intimidated by the meat department and all the cuts and names of cuts etc. So I have only stuck to the basics. It also doesn't help that seemingly every grocery store has a different name for the same cut instead of just labeling it anatomically. I'm rambling.
