Can You Beat Fallout New Vegas With 0 Items?

In this video I am attempting to finish Fallout New Vegas with no items other than the mandatory main quest items.
This means:
No Weapons;
No Armour;
No Chems; and
No items at all apart from the main quest line and even then only if there are no other options.

Yeah I am too, most of the time I’m right on the edge of being overburdened and have half the inventory of the Silver Rush in the Lucky 38 waiting to be sold.

Update the challenge was fun, like extremely fun, but my friend razed the steaks by daring me to a “true no healing run” where I am not allowed to heal HP under any circumstance no beds not passive healing percs what ever my health is that’s it I am currently mapping it out and am loving the process more than I probably should

No healing at all sounds super hard. Doable I’m sure, but I’d be doing a ton of save scumming if it was me.
