Years ago (before ARFs were a thing) I built a Big Stik 40 and covered it with the whole red and white iron cross motif. I flew that airplane for several years and had an absolute great time with it. It was aerobatic as it could be - loved to fly inverted and did snappy aileron rolls till the cows came home. I took it up as high as I could and still make out direction and attitude, and flipped it over into a spin and let it unwind until about 100 ft off the deck, at which time I'd just release the controls and let it recover on its own. It was a fantastic flyer. Good to see someone having fun with an even bigger stik! Cheers.
That’s a fine plane you have. I absolutely love the sight and sound of large scale RC aircraft. Well done on the build and your flying skills. Congrats and enjoy
Great video. I just bought one at my local hobbyshop. It will my biggest plane yet. Bigger than my 80 inch Big Chaos. It will also be my first venture into GAS, as all my other stuff is glow or electric. Hope it performs as swell as my smaller ,60 size STIK with a .94 Magnum 4 stroke in glow.
