iPad OS 18: Good update..however

I'm late putting this video out there, but here is my opinion on iPad OS 18.
To summarize, the iPad is probably never going to receive any type of Mac OS integration ever. We should probably stop crossing our fingers and hoping for it at this point. With the M4 chip inside of the iPad there is no doubt that this device is capable of desktop performance and possibly replacing a laptop. Apple will never do this because simply they still want their MacBook line up to be successful.
They would bascially be creating a touchscreen MacBook and that would canabilze the iPad or the MacBook and that would make trouble for Apple's products if they were do so. They will likely always want you to use the iPad ALONG SIDE the MacBook and other devices to keep the "ecosystem" going in a favorable/profitable manner.
iPad OS 18 is welcomed and has some great updates to offer. Minimal, but still very much welcomed, especially the customization options. Let's not forget finally having a native calculator app with the powerful math notes section with the assistance of the Apple Pencil. There is a lot to love with the update. Apple does things well. They are great at refining and creating these small updates, with always making us have a desire for more.

My hope was that since it was the iPads year, with the event adn new pencil, they would finaly add the feature that should've always been there on a machine marketed to creatives: the font book. As an illustrator, having to use 3rd party apps to install fonts is so disappointing. It's inconvenient and feels like a huge oversight on a pro device.
