So, while (to an extent) you gave the VTSG a fair chance, by the time you get one, you are probably going to buff it. Additionally, TSG/VTSG is way better with support over military at max (2-1-2-2). The support aspect of the VTSG gives the sun avatars a much better time at damage and cleanup, while the VTSG gets a lot better range. And again, you would normally have other towers underneath it, giving them range, pierce, damage, and attack speed. Also, on your permabrew, next time, give it faster throwing, it drastically increases the speed at which it gives the permanent buff to towers. Great video though Chris! We all knew the boat paragon was the best for BADs lol.
Also, on that first test, all the towers were right at the entrance while the Vengeful Temple didn't start to really attack the BAD until a few seconds in.
It seems like you were getting a 2221 temple or maybe a 2212 temple, When you have the temple by itself it is best to get a 2122. I think the thing about the temple is that it shouldn’t be gotten alone. It’s a tower that is begging to be buffed. With buffs it is nearly unstoppable. You might think that for the price you shouldn’t have to buff it, but also for that price the cost of the buffs are negligible. The VTSG is not a paragon. You don’t just drop it and forget it like you do a paragon. It works best with others
Think this video shows, that most set ups are situational. That how you use the set ups is just as important as the value. In some situations a 200k set up can beat a 1 million set up. if you give that bad boy vengeful buffs, and support action. He is a complete beast. But it's always good to show how you can use other fun ways to get those results.
I wonder if the vengeful true sun god will be reworked into the super monkey paragon. It seems natural. I can't imagine there's a super monkey paragon higher than it
Iirc when the vtsg is solo, the 2-1-2-2 sacrifice crosspath is better than the 2-2-2-1 crosspath. Still a very good demonstration of how a max buffed vtsg has the highest dps of any single tower.
Isn't a 2122 temple significantly more powerful than any alternative, because the support boost on the mini sun avatars is way more useful than a second level of military? Also for just 15% of the money you spent you could have ultra boosted the temple and gotten some middle path villages which would have over doubled his popping power.
You also need the monkey knowledge for it! It is called "there can only be one" if I remember correctly and is in the magic tree. Also I'm not sure if it can be made in sandbox mode or not.

Don’t forget, the Vengeful was almost completely unbuffed in these tests. Like any other non-paragon, it can be made orders of magnitude stronger 😊
