- The "Stranger Things" cast knows that the last table read for their upcoming fifth and final season will be an emotional one! "I'll shed a tear or two," Joe Keery told Access Hollywood. He added that while moment would likely "super sad" and "bittersweet," it'd also be "beginning of something new for everybody." Maya Hawke also teased one of the most interesting scenes she shot for Season 4 - while avoiding spilling any spoilers! Part 1 of "Stranger Things" Season 4 premieres May 27 on Netflix.

Joe came sooo far, considering his character was originally supposed to die in the first season, if I remember correctly. At least it was not planned to have him beyond that. And now Steve Harrington has his own huge fan base. Which he totally deserves! Love that man and hope he really stays until the end.

@@jchan2088 I heard that but don't think it's true. He cut his hair back in 2019 and fans were freaking out that he was going to die but obv he didn't. Hair grows back anyway so idk haha
I don’t know if he was supposed to die, I’m pretty sure I read he was supposed to just get written off like his dumbass friends from season 1 were. I guess Tommy was Billy’s hype man in season 2 but that easily coulda just been Steve too if he wasn’t re written
@@mmegg I think in 2019 he cut it after the season already aired. But now they have not aired the finale and Keery is filming another movie soon with short hair apparently.
They cast this show so well it’s unreal. Whoever is doing the casting needs a little praise too

@@grantthomas8725 think Eddie is more likely, keeps mentioning he's a coward so I guess he'll sacrifice himself. Also, how would they convince the town he's not a killer? He'd either have to go on the run or get locked up. The Feds could help him, but they have no reason too.

At 5:35 the interviewer asked who will be the most emotional at the last table read for s5, and Joe said he'd shed a tear. I'm assuming the last table read hasn't happened yet, so I'm guessing Steve will be ok this season. I might be reading in to it too much, but Steve is like my favorite character. I won't be able to take it if anything happens to him😭❤
nah I think hes dead because if you look at everyone facial expressions you are able to pick up on something, also maya saying that gaten would be the most sad is hinting at something happening to his best friend

@@dania.ashher well, at least we should get another season with him alive. i think what would hurt most (for me at least) would be him dying this season and going through to the next season without him being apart of it, obviously he better not die at all but it would hurt a lot less if he was to die next season because there wouldnt be another season after it
If there's any character that is reasonable to die it could be either Nancy (cause of death: Vecna), Eleven (cause of death: Vecna; she might survive but severly injured), or the Russian speaking guy with Mrs. Byers (cause of death: Russians)
I don't want Steve, New Characters of S3/4 or anyone between Mike, Will, Dustin, or Lucas to die

i love this whole cast. especially these 4. they add such an amazing perspective to the stranger things world. it’s funner to get a look at these older kids because were mostly use to the younger kids. so it’s good to get a little bit of the younger kids, and then the older kids, and the adults such as joyce and hopper. it’s all a mixture of different age groups that really teach you stuff. in conclusion i just love this cast, i’m so proud of how far they have come.
If Dustin would be 1st one to cry in the last season, I'm kinda really worried it might be Steve who..... oh noooo it's making me sad

I think at this point actors are sick about appearance based questions and no one should care about Joe's hair, we should care about the actual story plot and behind the scenes stuff. If you are curious about Joe's hair it has already been talked about hundreds of times we dont need to hear it again.

Exactly. Thank you, all of these hair questions in every interview he’s been in has been getting annoying. Its annoying to me even when I’m not getting asked those types of questions. It’s just kinda cringy. I can also see that the people in this interview were all sick of the questions they were given, assuming because these questions have already been repeatedly asked.
Joe is more than just his hair and I wish people can see him as Joe Keery and not Steve Harrington as a person.

I think these interviews are kinda "weird" cz its the questions and the way they are asked. Half of them are not intresting and boring. Look at how better it was at the premiere, the questions were better, the eay they were asked too, they all seemed like more into it. I personally don't like these types of interviews, even tho some of the new ones were so good and intresting to watch. Hopefully we get less interviews like this and more interviews like the one I saw before.

Oh yayy, hair questions make for the most entertaining answers and overly enjoyable videos /s 🙄
Although, I know these presenters have a hard job of interviewing this cast as they obviously aren't allowed to ask/answer any specific questions about the upcoming season due to contractual obligations the cast has, with not wanting to spoil anything, which is necessary but restrictive. But surely there are more interesting routes to go down than hair questions (future plans after the show ends, favourite storylines from previous seasons etc)
In every interview, be it for ST or not, PEOPLE ARE ASKING ABOUT JOE'S HAIR. What makes them think this is a substantial subject???? His character, actually just him as he is, has sooooo many layers (dude's got a music career) that they can flesh out and yet they insist on asking about his hair??? what more does he have to say about it aside from it's natural and he doesn't wash them regularly? Steve as a character has gone through a lot, most especially character development, why can't they focus on that? Like damn, we're more interested in Steve's perspective on his relationship with the other characters and how it helped develop his character, not his fucking hair.

Because it wouldn't make any sense. The only ones that could feasibly have powers are other MKUltra experiments like El. Will could potentially have some powers due to the leftover effects of the Mind Flayer, but his ability to see into the Upside Down in S2 is probably all he'll have.
