This is actually the first build of W11, it was going to be a major update of w10, judging by this build's Edge, they started developping this on 2019 or 2020 lol
These are decoy builds
Don't forget DWM animations, which predicted Windows 11. 21343 refined those DWM animations and EVEN had Windows 11 icons. This build CANNOT BE Windows 10.
Also it was compiled in December 2020.

Ive seen this build and i was thinking: was this supposed to be a windows 10 update but they decided to cancel it just to carry these things over to windows 11 in 2020/2021?
