I've burnt almost 1000 calories through walking back and forth in my bedroom today because it takes barely any effort and you can watch or listen to anything you want while doing it and the time goes by quick if you do it periodically for like 30 minutes or an hour if you're home all day. Trust me I've lost over 65lbs through walking and anyone who has lost large amounts of weight and kept it off will almost always recommend walking!
