To be fair to the kid, Billy Napier is representing the U of F (highly respected school), and vouching for these collectives, I can see how these 18 year olds are getting played smh. You don’t expect These collectives to pull a Don King if the prospect isn’t performing lol

Are these amounts from a collective in a written agreement with the player and the organization stipulating the exact tasks, amounts, and dates of disbursements? What are the types of tasks required of the players?
Written in Text messages and contracts, but there's no contract with the school outside of the letter of intent. The required tasks are captured in most deals. "2 social media posts a week", 1 in person engagement a month, etc.
@@Ricoknows Under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, or E-Sign Act txt messages, SMS, email etc can undoubtedly be legally binding as long as it’s authenticated…these coaches, boosters, recruiters etc been lying n breaking promises to young athletes for years n this case is very important going forward in college football history.

Txt messages, SMS, email etc are undoubtedly legally binding in federal court as long as they can be authenticated which is under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, or E-Sign Act. Your not a lawyer, clearly you don’t have the expertise to speak on these issues n your spreading false information.
Don’t know why people are making a big deal of this the collective decided to terminate the agreement which was within their right.
Suing Napier and these other guys is just to force them to settle as he can’t sue the collective which is who he made the agreement with.
