Whatever that guy did to "easily" remove the catridge from the system is magic. These things never release with ease.

Difficult to remove and needed a cloth ready as water dribbled out when I did manage to release old cartridge. Couldn't reset the counter but found there were no batteries in it. First time we have had a filter and we have just moved into house so will see how it goes.

Hi does anyone know how to reset the Indicator light please?. Mine doesn't have that digital box 😢

Total nightmare. No idea why they claim it’s so easy. Mine cannot be changed until I get a professional - at great expensive no doubt!

Virtually impossible to replace the cartridge after five months. Total waste of money.

Yes Caroline. I hit the top of the cartridge firmly - once - with a hammer and it dropped off. I suspect that there had become a vacuum in the cartridge Hope this helps. Peter
