I enjoyed that look at Chinese New Year, London style. I have never understood why people que up for restaurant dining? You can always go back when it is less busy. I gather The Four Seasons is quite special. Also, I noticed there was not a large police presence. Might that speak to the natural good behavior of Londoners? I think so.
