@TheBlackAuthority the process they used to enable this, did not happen in 30 days, 1 year or 2 years. This "ethnic cleansing (EC) project", which breaks international law as EC is illegal, could only have been done with a 30-year plan, with the approval of the US government at all levels. In fact, a "think tank" is required to coordinate with the government or a political party - as a conduit - to execute this.

June 20, 1943 and July 23, 1967 are two pivotal dates and events that happened in Detroit. A FBA utopia in Detroit would be a dream come true, or close to an utopia. If Black billionaires and millionaires purchased the city of Detroit for Black excellence, entrepreneurialism, education, innovation and tight safety controls for its citizens, the city of Detroit could be the paradise for FBAs in the US. I dreamth of this Black harmonious paradise in Detroit. Black love, respect and mutual upward mobility practiced by all. Detroit could be like Detroit with FBAs in charge that would rule with compassion and firmness and fairness. Criminals and criminality are outlawed. And dealt with harshly if honestly proven guilty. A collective mindset with love, discipline, hard work and compassion and empathy is what's required. What can you do when we're differently wired.

Jason Black, the Detroit community need to learn from a 2.5 miles City call East Palo Alto Ca. The Developers has caused displacement of almost Black people in the City. And no can fix it. No one is talking about it, in a meaning way.
For some, money, is not the problem. But, Economics is a problem. No Blacks have no plans, most do not own the land to Develop
a business. But the Churchs do have land. But they are too interested in all of the social issues & politics issues in the community. How can we get the churches to make changes at the church level. I think some churches have the power to control the Economics in the Black community.

So things we use to know how to do and actually put to work. They were doing it now and therefore our knowledge of how to build faded away over time.

Saw what was happening in Detroit back in 2004 while living in University District. Beautiful homes and across gorgeous Palmer Woods and Palmer Park. I got my real estate license to take advantage of the prices but unfortunately my personal life fell apart. I think about the real estate portfolio that could have been built with two good salaries working together. Smh.
