My first ever JRPG was Persona 4 golden on the ps vita and since then i've been hooked on them I still have to many great JRPGs to try out, i bought all the Xenoblade Chronicles games on the switch a few years ago and still haven't touched them (the backlog of games i have is too high!) I think persona 4 Golden might be one of my favorite games too. I agree with all your opinions, I just played it for the first time in 2023 and man I can't even explain all the emotions. Wish I would have played it sooner. Great video!
Merry Christmas! I had pokemon yellow (my brother had red). I loved pokemon 😍 and used to collect the cards. Oot is legendary. Persona 4 is among my favourite games! Awesome video!

Great picks. I'd also say FF6 [my first FF] and especially Chrono Trigger changed my life for getting me into jRPGs. And while we're about Zelda and Persona, Majora's Mask was my first Zelda and changed my whole perspective on gaming when it came out. Persona 5 is just a great game and my first Persona. @ nope, sorry you don’t have a choice mwhaaaaaaaaa 😁 so so SO many JRPGs to play and so little time! It’s why I have made my 12 RPG challenge for this and next year to be one per console to help with this!
Zelda OOT is not a jrpg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... Lol just trolling. I can agree with you on that. I'm role playing as link and upgrading all of his items. FFX is definitely my favorite in the series and I love playing it on the PS4 where you can totally wreck the sphere system and make your characters super OP. Great list my guy
I'm not sure what you mean, not enough exclamation points lol. FFX is awesome and yep. Just need autolife, triple ap weapon ability, and King Tonberry to boost those sphere levels. And thanks!
Ocarina of Time, a JRPG? Its a great list overall, but Ocarina of Time is not a RPG, much less a JRPG. People really need to go back to school to learn the basics again.
