It would be fun to make a ranked team where everyone specializes in meta-breaking tactics like this. For everyone saying that this can be countered by sending everyone to defend top lane: Then you're playing their game, which they trained for, and you did not. Plus they are using all strong early level champions.
There are a number of variations on the same idea: Morgana solo bot lane & 2 man mid, for example. It's fun to experiment rather than following the meta every game :)
PS: I know that the recent patches to turrets make the early 5-man push a lot harder than it was when this video was recorded.
If they weren't retards they would push mid/bot instead and would have won.
COLD ICE Actually no. Becuase they couldn't push as fast as this team, which was designed specifically for this purpose. Hense all the heavy ad champs, the heals, and the teleports? Meant to keep them and their minions alive. Obviously this is NOT going to work every time, but it is extremely hard to counter at the same time, since there are not many correct responses. What if they all went top, then suddenly they teleported mid, or bot? Or just went to normal lanes?

yea.....they are playing on smurf acounts against a noob team. i have played against this strategy before, and it never works. you dont have to be prepared for it, you just have to react to it. it is incredibly easy to counter this. 3 is usually enough to counter a 5 man top, then you have 2 free farm lanes.

This is easily countered. send 3 guys to that lane and make the other 2 push the other lanes. Those 3 guys just need to wave clear quick.
Thats why the took blitz. If they try to send less than 4 or 5 he can pull and isolate one and then they can easily 5v2 dive to continue pushing.
Ryan Burns Tell me how you tower dive 2 guys with 5 lvl1, that os some high level strategy and easy to lose. And you have minions, you won't wave clear without minions, that is indeed quick death xD
You wont be lvl 1. Presuming the team doesn't all pile up top immediatly the tp team gets first blood and turret before the enemy can close in. That puts them at lvl 2. By this point they have pull knock up, pantheon stun + his passive that can block a tower hit. a Yi Q that stops turret aim on him +E for more damage and a lee sin who was W to get out of tower agro. Then Fiora is just natural DPS burst for downing turrets and enemies.

Ryan Burns You are forgeting the main thing, the turret hits those guys. Now, unless you coordinate perfectly, there will be deaths (2/3 tower hits max). And even if you coordinate well, you will be so low you'll just have to base. More deaths mean less damage, less damage means plan failed. And we can't just assume one team is LCS pro and the other can't dodge or cover behind minions xD Just try it bro...
try doing that shit in 2016. nope, those new towers ain't having that shit lol :)

This actually happened to me in one game, but they failed. We just let our top lane lose and allow him to take some jungle while the other lanes just kept pushing. In the end we ended being a lot higher in levels than them so we just kept going for fights and picks. They got an inhib, but always lost fights. Since they lost fights, we just dragged the game out till we could easily ace them and go for a push. We kept repeating that over and over and just won.

I also might add that the support and the tank of the team(anyone with high cc should defend the tower. 2 people in your team will freefarm and both get a tower this way while the enemy team is wasting their time getting no exp/gold with a really slow siege.
There is a really good reason why people dont do this all the time and stick with the meta.

actually , a faster way is to use warwick and jarvan . the attack speed increase is a lot . i tink this strategy is easy to counter . i remember playing vayne bot , and the enemy happens to be a rank team , they got all the grabs and pulls and knockups . but i got free farm at bottom . mid game , i kited them through half the map easy . in the end we still won .

One time me, my husband and the random team we got decided to all go mid - completely baffled the other team. We took down the two midlane turrets and killed three people. Was phenomenal and completely random. Four of us were trolling our midlaner because he was crying about trolling if he didn't get mid.
Super minions are so deadly for early game that when blue team destroyed the inhibitor, they had actually won the game. Maybe Riot should consider lowering the ability of super minions in early game.

Funny, but so easily countered - as soon as you realise they're all in one lane, just farm as hard as you can, then group. You'll be higher level, win the teamfight and have pushed two lanes. Farm until they respawn, and repeat if they're dumb enough to do it again.
Too bad this doesn't work when I do it. The other team is actually smart enough to keep us off their turret instead of tooling around in their own lanes....

Nice game LoL. No surprise you won THAT game in 8 minutes, the enemy had the typical misfit top laner. Instead of going back top to push back the team, he said "fuk dis I no 1 vs 5" and went to farm mid.
