26:15 often the Tempests were all attacking at the same time, meaning a lot of overkill. Such as all attacking a single Hydralisk. This could be improved by keeping some Tempests a little further back, so they only attack when units get closer. This would mean the Drones get cleaned up a lot faster.
Really great! How about a new challenge? How many cheater AIs one can defeat _before_ they run out of money? I‘d bet on 4-5, including those killed in the earlygame phase.
You won in the 10 min mark when you were set up, if you hover the enemy numbers - which gives you the information that you needed after the disrupter (lag). Gg tho
Maybe at the 11 min mark you’re done when you had all the enemy numbers (hover over the Z) and the rest of the video was cool that you made it into like a TD game…😂
One thing I'm noticing is when trying to take the pace you just put down your nexus and hope to hold, I feel like that's kind of optimistic lol, I'd probably suggest adding like, a couple canon behind the mineral line to help kill the drones mining from it and then maybe a few more advanced canons and maybe a wall, to create a new entrenched position to defend from and only then place down your nexus. like, if you can't defend with that then you'd have no hope to defend the nexus to begin with. I'm also thinking once ultra start coming in using more hallucinations with your sentry to replace the forcefield could make sense, but not sure Also sidenote but I feel like carrier are probably more likely to make you reach the unit cap for disruptor so tempests probably help there too (and sacrificing probes) at least probably? not too sure how it works.
Haha it sure is bald to try to keep that nexus alive. To be honest I did not think much of it, but just to explain a bit: The nexus takes a long time to build and is only 400 minerals, at the very least I can always cancel it and retreat to the highground battery/cannon. If I spend resources on the cannons/batteries on the lowground (without supper battery and little sim city) and I get overrun I just lose those resources. So it's just safer to test the ground and cancel - retreat to the highground if it gets too hot.
@@manaesports That makes sense, I still think having like, a pylon and a couple canons behind the mineral line would have been a relatively low investment as an in between plan, where they kill a bunch of drones you were struggling to clear while testing the water and advancing a bit without taking too many risks But yeah I can see how making a big wall if you don't know if it'll hold is too big of a commitment ^^
Not really, disruptors are far better because they directly kill units and storm does damage over time. It would only be useful vs mass air armies, but the AI's never had the crucial amount where storm would be the make-or-break ability.
I believe uthermal did this with carriers so it can b done with carriers or maybe he did exactly what u did I dnt remember fully good shyt btw Edit I do remember he used carriers n was blown away that the cpu can actually target interceptors with parasitic bomb which is impossible for a human cz u cnt actually click them
This is an easy challenge all you gotta is send a probe out and hit the AI mineralized the one thing leads to another there's 74 workers chasing a drone
@@manaesports I bet 12 Terrans would play out similarly except for the constant nukes. Once you beat that, 12 Protoss is definitely going to be different. I look forward to seeing you beat both.
Storm isn't worth it because Storm does slow damage over time, does not stick, and cannot be stacked. In short, Storm is the worst attack spell in the game, and the only reason to use it is against massed air units, as Protoss doesn't have any other anti-air splash damage.
This time I did not forget to show score screens and unit kills 😎
feels like that WoL mission "In Utter Darkness" when you have to defend against zergs and Hybrids till last protoss falls
AIs lost 603 762 resources. Which means that efficiency was 1 : 22.38
That's a lot of money

Mana : Hello everybody, today i will try another 1 vs 12 Insane A.I match
Mana's computer : I'm tired , boss
Hahaha I love it
Congrats! Good commentary.
5:16 Oh my god, all that damage! can you imagine if something like that happened in a regular 1V1!?
Wet Protoss dreams

Nice, I would like to see vs Terran and Protos and Random ;P
Holy smokes, that was the ultimate Zerg meatgrinder...

Absolute legend! Love your content mana, always makes my day much brighter
That's awesome, thank you!
I love watching these! Keep it up Mana!
Nice, enjoy!
it's the campaign mission in WoL
this was so entertaining to watch
You traded:
26.975 Resources to 559.137 Resources
This is an efficiency of 1 : 20,72
So for every 1 Resource u lost, u killed nearly 21 Resources
Looks like AI's have an efficiency problem
Great job!
Congratulations!
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS
I wonder if lots of storm would've been useful at any point? Maybe not since it takes forever to recharge + hard to keep HT alive

I think he did 1v7 not 1v12
Could you have walled off one base forward from your main?
Not needed since I have a much easier defense with just one small ramp for the beginning.
Maybe next time add in a mothership since time warp is super nice and cloaking.
