    I tried this at the Therabody store and wasn’t really impressed. I have the 4th generation and really like it. The 5th gen has an improved display, a quieter motor and an updated case. Those are not a deal breaker. The best improvement is the new micro point attachment which is very nice. It will be available for sale on its own at some point. Thanks for the great review.

      But for someone that doesn't have a previous generation, this should be pretty decent right?

      @kelvin_lee  Год назад +1

      Yeah I'd have to agree with Aiman, if you're already happily using your 4th generation then it doesn't make sense to upgrade. But if you don't already own a 4th gen, the 5th gen is great

    one huge question, - can you use it on your neck and shoulders? cause I cannot do it with theragun mini.

      Yes, the multiple gripping possibilities and longer reach give you much more coverage than the mini. But it is heavier.

    Thank you so much for this video. Could you also please share the comparison with hyperice hyper volt pro 2, theragun pro 4 gen and 5th gen.

    • @kelvin_lee
      @kelvin_lee  Год назад +1

      I don't have a Hypervolt 2 Pro on hand to test, but can do a comparison once I get one. I see other reviews out there saying the Hypervolt 2 Pro noise level is 55-65 dB, so sound level is roughly comparable to Theragun, but needs to be tested side by side to be sure. One area that is different is the depth/amplitude which is ~14mm for Hypervolt vs 16mm for Theragun.

    What the biggest improvements with the 4th and 5th gen

      I'd say the three big things are: much quieter device, on-screen instructions, and the all-new micropoint accessory.
