Shobhana Ji's question regarding why temples are not face of Indian tourism(17:14) I think temples have much higher value than that of some marble Marvels. The spiritual value of these temples are immense. There are certain coded rituals and practices that keeping the temples energised for thousands of years, we know very well what would happen if we open these for tourists.

Very true. The urge to cancel out the spiritual -religious aspect of temples (which is the very core of these structures) is so conspicuous! Sad that Ms. Shobhana is no exception to this materialistic narrative! Waiting for a celebrity to speak out unashamedly that temples are structures built to channel a human towards self realisation through Bhakti-Raja yogas and that hence, they are not secular structures but religious institutions with Vedanta /non dualism as their religion.

Also to Ms.Shobhana's question on why our marvellous temples are not faces of Indian tourism : Unlike in Combodia etc, Hindu temples are very much alive in India , having survived thousands of invasions of numerous kind.
