I believe that after a while, you get over them. After you've gotten over them, they want you back, but then it's too late. It's a shame but that's how life is.
I decided to literally not give a single **** about her. And lo and behold, she is initiating contact. I still do not give a ****. I don't know how or why, but I think they can somehow feel you take your attention/energy back. It's like they can sense you moving on. It pushes them into a panic mode and they will feel an urgent need to take action *asap*.
Went through this recently with an ex fiance. He did just THAT! Went grey rock on that azz. Give them false hope like they give you and move along. They will get the hint. Don't mess with empaths.

Suddenly I started to put extra energy on the relationship and less on myself and my projects…he felt pressured unconsciously…I’m learning so much during this time…my wounds, fear of abandon, anxious attachment style…love triggers us…bringing the best and the worst out of us, that is the work we have to do, we have to feel complete in ourselves, there nothing else…and it’s funny at the end cause for the same reason they leave and for the same reason they came back, they leave cause they see there is a lack of love and fullfilment in us and they came back cause we are full again!
This video spoke a lot to me! I am definitely that over analyzer than you mentioned and knowing to shift my thoughts to myself is something I should do.

Is it bad that I still think of him almost every day, I don't think about him as much as I did in the beginning but I still think about him, I found other videos of yours that have helped so thank you!
But what if they left you because of something you did or something that you failed to do? In some cases breaking up is the only solution in the short term, and somebody has to make that call. If your partner leaving you was the call to action that you needed and you reconciled further down the line, would you choose to trust them because you know that theirs was the right decision last time? Or would you deny them your trust?

I have a big question, my ex and I were in a 1.5 year relationship but broke up because we didn't have open communication. he felt unsafe because he couldn't open up to me and I thought we were a happy couple but on the surface. we still live together, and have hooked up and occasionally cuddled, and he has been seeing someone immediately following the break up. I've been working on the emotional connection with him, and I thought it was looking good, but we just had a conversation and he said he's not emotionally available for a relationship with me or anyone but is still talking and sleeping over at the other guys house. he assured me that they just hang out and nothing happens. I feel like he's one to like being in a relationship. he says he misses me and says he still loves me but only when I say it first, any guidance or advice what to do? I still want him back but trying to move forward.

Ex seems to show all the signs of wanting to come back to me we've been split two years almost going through custody case, is it best to just think of myself now
Its been 11 months. Its difficult, im really trying. The thoughts about her just comes up, even when im dreaming. I had other women, just trying to detach and move on. It didnt work
I'm going to treat women they eat that deserve to be treated from now on.. 😃 I've learnt a lot over recent years and now understand why things were there way they were 100+ years ago

I got a ring and wear it on my engagement ring finger now he’s back acting like I hold the key to his life. 😂😂😂
