It was super refreshing to see an instructor make a tiny fall. Thanks for keeping that in the video! A great reminder that we don't have to strive for perfection and that people make mistakes at every level.

Wow! I love Jacquelyn's instruction and even appreciated that her little "fall" wasn't edited-out. I generated a nice sweat from the session...thank you!

Really appreciated being reminded about the navel and the core! That's definitely a weak point of mine, I often forget to engage it. This class was really hard for me, lots of stuff to work on with this class, but Jacquelin's teaching was really helpful.

Thanks Jacquelin! Wao, my shoulders are on fire! It was the first time I was able to hold for half a second that shoulder hand-stand :-) Thank you so much for sharing, great class!

Challenging class. Loved the way it was constructed and conducted so nicely by Jacqueln. First time I could hold some seconds in the forearm standing. Thank you so much!

    One of the
    Best. Inversion. Class. Ever!
I finally got it ! Hard work does pay off or in this case - the burn🔥 . Loved this class!
When she tells you to lift from your sides of your waist & reaching with your foot , that is key! Don't be afraid 💕💪

This was wonderful, first time managing to do all the way up forearm stand without leaning on the wall. Thank you Jacquelyn for giving us this class.

Thank you for taking your time, which leads us to more focus on the poses and transitions (most of the teachers tend to forget about that), and eventually more grace and fun during the practice.

Dear Jacquelyn, just finished the class and it was so awesome!!! I loved how hard it was, but yet at the same time so peaceful and calm. I could really focus on strengthening; being able to take short breaks and coming right back in without interrupting my flow at all. Wow!
The tutorial on forearm stand was so helpful, too - I noticed that my right leg works better for me ;) I really made progress thanks to you. :* And always being afraid of falling and hurting myself when I'm practicing new poses like this, I found it so helpful to see how you moved when you fell out. I so thank you; you're wonderful! xoxo

What a beautiful practice like a story beautifully told. The initial sequence is a rehearsal for a big reveal (the headstand). Mine wasn’t perfect but it gave me hope that one day, with consistent practice, I can do the headstand without the wall. Thank you for this 🧤🧤🧤(namaste with gloves in the time of covid-19) 🧤

I appreciate the reminders to begin in the core and to expand the side body, but I also found it harder to follow Jacquelyn's instructions than others'. I couldn't sink in to her voice and flow as easily, and I could be projecting but her voice also resonated as slightly distracted. Particularly around dolphin and shoulderstand, I found myself having to pause to observe her. It felt like there was a shorthand to some of her transitions that I'm on the outside of. I've practiced these postures before, though not recently, and it surprised me to not comprehend her lead-in. My body feels great though and is grateful!

Lots talked about her "fall" but no one mentioned that the best thing that Jacquelyn did, was after her tiny fall, on her weak side, she didn't shy away from immediately trying again. Shows confidence, courage, and understanding.

Really appreciate the tip on pulling the navel in as a first step of moving into downward dog. I've never heard that before and it's so helpful! I liked the slow pace and all of the helpful body movement tips.
