I've seen this happen quite a lot with streamers and it's not complicated. She needs more rest days if she's going to have these really long streams. Proper technique only does so much. It's like Scarle, who also does lots of long streams and whose voice never quite heals all the way and has visited ent doctors and a speech therapist. In the end, strain will build up over time, and healing also takes time. No medicine or tea can bypass the need of the body to heal wear and tear.
