To franchise tag you have to make a bad offer and then you have an opportunity to tag in in the same spot you make offers. To create more cap room just click on your highest paid players and restructure them. I would look into restructuring Herbert and Young. Possibly trade Bosa.

To franchise tags someone you have to make an offer and if they reject it you should get the option to franchise tag them. Hope this helps and keep up the great work

When you signed Chase Young in free agency with that huge contract is what’s screwing with your cap to resign players in the future. These are yearly/per season contracts so keep that in mind
