I'm not sure why these people are suing the county government when this is an initiative of the national government. Either way, the government is doing the right thing. I wish everyone would see the state of the part of Nairobi river that passes through Gikomba. It is horribly polluted! According to the law, those stalls are illegal. Just because previous governments looked the other way does not make them any less illegal.

But the county is not demolishing structures it us the national government demolishing structures aong the riparian.....
