I believe it is therapeutic. I was one time in a physiotherapy rehab having broken my leg and I decided to use my free time to knit and it was very effective for my mental health and concentration training. ❤

If you drilled two small holes in each side of the plate first, you could run a strong thin wire up to and through the handles. It would make the handles much sturdier if carrying something heavy in the basket. :)

Very clear instructions and professional looking results.Thanks, got my creative juices going, I never do anything just by the instructions, but they make my mind start creating my own variations. Decided right away to follow this crafter due to the nice result. Here in the USA, I would use just Mod Podge, the dishwasher proof kind to attach the fabric to the inside and outside bottom of the basket. Then I would not need to buy separate plastic and self attaching hemp cloth. Mod Podge would allow the basket to be even rinsed if anything would spill on the basket accidentally.
You have a lot of patience to make such a beautiful basket. It is creative & you have given a lot of artistic touches to be unique. Thank you for sharing. ❤
