Sadly goa is heading for a supply glut and that too in not a great macroeconomic time. When global governments start cutting interest rates and liquidity dries up in the system (only a few months to go) the luxury segment and commercial segemtn of real estate will be the HARDET hit. Does not look like goa developers are serious to reduce inventory if they are quoting these prices. Seems they are overpricing land showing fake shortages. Wont end well for them, the customers with money should be ready, deep cuts are coming soon
its crazy , i thought u ll say 8 cr . but if its the same without any view why would i buy a property in goa ill go to two or three tier city invest and forget , come for holiday in goa and go back . 15- 20 cr is insane !
