    Say what you want about LeBron, but dude came from a single teenage mother, Section 8, moving from neighborhood to nieghborhood, in Akron of all places. Thats already enough to defeat most people early in their lives. But he persevered.

    Being from Columbus, and a 2001 graduate as well as a division 3 basketball player…. I can tell you. We never even heard of LeBron until the year after this, and even then, it was during the tournament “there’s this dude in Akron that’s a 6’8” point guard”. I believe they went on to lose the state game that next year, but it was that point where the hype machine started really, really rolling. This was the last season where his life was normal.

    “LeBron can’t shoot” yet he’s showed he can swish 3s since freshman year of HS (including his first two 3s of this State Finals as a 14/15 year old!). False narratives on him been there for 20+ years! 3 deep jumpers through first 10 mins including 2 threes. LeBron sick vision since early teenager too. Unreal. He’s been throwing dimes to 3 point shooters before it was even a thing!

      @claytron3000 Год назад +4

      He had a different shooting motion back then. You can tell at 10:57. It looked more smooth and effortless, like a set shot. By the time he reached the NBA and played for a few years, it became this weird “aim and heave” motion. Looks like a shooting coach messed with his form.
