I do this same excercise but with a "pianissimo" attack and with metronome. This helped me to build a solid upper register with a full sound and with any mouthpiece.

I’m trying to make my high register more efficient. I’ve been practicing and been able to hit a D above the staff at times but I struggle so much with articulation. Sometimes when I play a high F in the staff I try to play it in eighth notes or quarters but then I guess my air support isn’t good and then I play a D on accident so when I try to hit the F, I just keep on playing the D repeatedly. Do you have any tips on how I can stop that?

Play the exercises studies on 19 - 27 from the chapter "Studies on Syncopation" from the Arban's, the most pianissimo possible.
Play phrases of four measures, rest four measures, and keep going.
If you miss one or more notes, repeat that measure up to three times until it sounds good, if by three attempts it wasn't good, just keep going to the next phase and so on.
Play them everyday for minimum of a month, and you'll start seeing more precise attack and better sound in your overall playing.

but even on the on the staff f's or e's i still cant tonged them right either or every time i try to hit the it sounds fuzzy then i hit them and my lips die pretty quick too, and i am sorry for to many questions ,and i barley started playing the trumpet i played it 6-8 but stopped and now i barley played it late year again for my school
