    NOTHING for Firstnet?!?!? That right there goes to show they could care less! You would think the a credit to Firstnet would be TOP priority! (Not saying business and general customers are just whatever but you know what i mean)

    I know it sucks but this isn't a common issue. I think the $5 is kind of laughable as it should be based on how many lines you have on the account. But still, I could understand if this were continuously happening but it's very rare. I'm not worried about it. If it keeps happening though.... That's another story.

    Att had a similar outage about 2 or so years ago but it wasn’t really spoken much on because it happened in the middle of the night

      AT&T is just BS how do business prepaid customers don’t get anything and $5 only for consumer accounts even if you have 10 lines. It’s a spit in the face

    AT&T is in line with Verizon when it comes to automatic credits the fact that it’s automatic is nice.
    That being said it would have been better if it was $5 per line on the account that would have been more fair.
    Outages happen, T-Mobile has had major ones like this and I got zilch from them but it’s not a great feeling.
    I can’t give up my AT&T line though their still to good in my market even with the lower QCI they just have so much capacity.
    Verizon is stable and T-Mobile was rock solid that day

    Just to add another thought, while I think AT&T has gotten better with the CEO it has now, I still think AT&T is still poorly managed (better than it was in the 2010's era with the old CEO) but NOT BY MUCH!

    at&t better make it right bro. im still dealing with my whole dish bs with the hotspot but they at least have been covering the cost of the plan while they figure out what's wrong and gave me a new hotspot new in the box and made the swap hassle free. at&t better make it right or dish should step up some promos in the markets where they have natives, a lot of customers should be leaving if they don't make this right.

      They don’t value nothing when T-Mobile had vonr issues back 2021 they gave me $100 for 4 lines and I didn’t have to sweat them it was offered when I asked what they can do for me. But AT&T didn’t for me when I called they hung up or played transfer game 🤦‍♂️

    Wow LOS! I guess I didn’t realize that you had that many business lines through AT&T Enterprise! I say that you do whatever is best for you brother! I have been seriously contemplating taking my postpaid Verizon line back to AT&T postpaid because of pricing on Verizon. I’ll be curious to know what you finally do! If I don’t switch back to AT&T then I may port back to US Cellular just because they offer blazing fast 5G here in my area of southeast Iowa! Glad I saw your post on here! Have a great weekend!       Do you have devices financed with Verizon if not call tell them you lost your job going thru hard times and they will give u 12-24 month monthly credits

    I was with AT&T once again but I decided to switch back to T-Mobile simply because service was not the best over here in my area and T-Mobile let me finance they gave me a $1200 limit to start off so I was able to get most devices for zero down

      AT&T still has better limits bro they give u 0 down any device same with Verizon they give u even with bad credit $4000 limit for whole account then move up to $7500 after 6 on time payments

    I don't feel like this is enough. At the minimum I feel like they should give credits covering what a day of each line would cost. For instance if it costs 90 dollars for each line since there are 29 days in this cycle, they should credit 3 dollars and 10 cents for each line, phone, tablet, hotspot, each line on the account. Again, that should be the very minimum they do. They really should go beyond that.

      @@CarlosSTech That's what I'm saying bro, like they should go beyond that, but they're not even doing that. Just $5 per account is nothing. Like especially the large enterprise customers will want more from At&t and if they have many lines contracted through them, hopefully they have enough niggociating power to get more out of them, because otherwise, it's all gains for Verizon. Consumers might honestly brush it off just like they did when T-Mobile had an outage but it's different for business and enterprise.

    T mobile is currently Upgrading in my area and T mobile paid my entire month cell service plus an additional 20 credit on my next months bill . No other carrier would do that
