Shes not waiting for the alcohol to evaporate in the video. Also, flushing tube air while catheter is inserted?

Video is Not helpful. Doesnt mentioned on how to use the IV regulator. More to nonsense procedure on how to drip at home. Shall change the title. Misleading. Watch 2 similar videos like this, but none really focus on the IV regulator.
