The cowl stamping on my 70 Cuda is so light that any amount of primer and paint will make it almost unreadable, which is unfortunate, because if people can’t easily read it, they expect skullduggery. But the rad support stamp is bold, and the fender tag and original door sticker are all still present.
Maybe one of these days you can show where the body numbers are located on a pickup truck. I have a 73 Dodge Power Wagon W200, I've never looked for them.
What is your opinion on the notched fenders? Did any 71s get those, or does that mean the car got NOS replacements at some point. Or did late production 71 Challengers get those? My friend has a June build 71 Challenger 340 vert he has had since 1973, pretty sure his fenders don’t have the notches.
Notches are 72 fender but have definitely seen them on late 71’s, pretty sure they are original to this car, going to say they are correct because this is built so late.

For 1971, they would use an “I” instead of a “1” for the body stamps. Also, the font and alignment should be similar on both.

Yes I messed that up, it is B1 on the car, misspoke.
70-74 all had quad headlights, maybe you’re thinking of the Cuda, they started out single then went quads in 71.
