Thanks for the episode. A little note - probably it would be better not to use $scope instance and create $scope.showOrder() in there but instead declare the method as c.showOrder() - basically bind the scope data/methods to the controller instance c. This might not seem much but if we imagine that with some update Servicenow accidentally introduces some scope bugs(in large applications by mistake scope might be overwritten and create some adverse effects) then your implementation won't be affected. :)
Thanks for sharing. I'm just learning portal and widgets an got a basic sample of a widget with methods declared with c. Now, that makes sense as well. :)
Sorry, I didn't have time to come back to the topic on this series. There are lots of other very good resources to learn Service Portal. One of which can be found here. ruclips.net/channel/UCmwKZdMYyUD4AWnAIrx5JVw
Hello Shailja. I don't have any information to offer on your question. This sounds like a great topic to post in the community. community.servicenow.com
The only other Service Portal video I've had a chance to make since is on live widgets: ruclips.net/video/Eg7l15v-nd0/видео.html I've got others in the pipeline.
