@@NoahCavanaughbro seems like you don't have like a super wide asf feet ....... U got like just decently wide feet I think so......cause, I struggled a lot while wearing them...the heel area was quite tight asf too! But the fit was good overall
They are one of my favorite boots, but as you stated, not for ag. I ended up with a spiral fracture and grade 2 calf strain using these while make a quick cut. My friend from UA said they are considering in the next generation to put on conical studs. As for the soleplate, I really don't think it's a true carbon fiber as they claim, but more of a glass fiber, but that's my assertion. Great detailed video.
OH thank you for calling out the “carbon fiber” I don't know what UA is on about calling it carbon fiber when it's nowhere near as stiff as a carbon fiber soleplate should be.
Doesn't matter what i wear i still manage 15+ every season, had puma future 5.1, Umbro Speciali, Predator precision, nike mercurial , my favourite is Mizuno Moreila, might give these a try too
Nice to see brands coming back to full carbon sole plates, adidas better brings back the carbitex insert for their speed line up since Nike already differentiated themselves with air zoom technology when adidas have nothing impressive with their current line up.
@@ant111_ Yes and no. Yes if you have the right technique of bending and releasing your forefoot when sprinting, it will give you a nice springy sensation. And no if you just run without any technique, basically it would be for flexing on your friends and asthetic.
Another great video man! Seriously, very good football boots. Very good fit to the foot, they hold the heel area perfectly - better than in NB Furon v7+ where the heel cushion is located too low. I would keep these boots if there was an AG version and with a regular tongue. For me, knitted shoes are not suitable for a rainy day (except Furon v7+).
Hey, I love the grip on these boots. The rubber elements hurt me in the biginnin when you have to strike the ball. The sole plate is good but i always slide when the grass is too wet , not good when you are a goal keeper. I love these but they are not perfects.
Wanting to buy a pair but I do tend to play a lot on AG. I know you previously said you do not recommend these boots on AG but what if I can get the studs filed down a bit as well as round out the edges. Do you think that would be okay?
hi noah, i noticed you said a couple of times they are aggressive a lot on AG and mentioned the ankle thing. Do you think they are aggressive enough to be dangerous to wear on AG?
@@NoahCavanaugh are the forefoot and toe box around the same width? The tiempos fit my foot good so im wondering if their around the same. i dont have any problems in my midfoot its just the forefoot and toe box
Yo noah just the other day i tried oit my brand new asics ds x-fly 5. What an absolute boot that was bro i couldn't get it off. However yes the material will deteriorate easily on astro turf. And i find it will get even faster deteriorating if u played aggressively.
Can anyone please tell me how much these break in? I just bought these and the length is perfect by they crush the outside of the arch of my foot (the wide end of the foot/toes is surprisingly extremely comfortable). I'm not concerned of the pain but I want yo know if these will break in or if I need to replace the size while I still can? Please and thanks
@NoahCavanaugh thanks man, because of your reply I decided not to send them back for a size 14 and even just after 2 days training they are way more comfortable. The large mesh area under the shoelaces really gives them a huge amount of flexibility in how tight they fit, I just needed to fully loosen them all the way out and then tighten them to my foot. Now the boots fit like a glove so if I'd replaced them they'd definitely be too large. Thanks for your reply mate. The shoes are actually really good on natural grass, I'm impressed.
@@NoahCavanaugh thank you so much!!🎉 i wanted to get the new furons and i currently have the xcrazyfast.1 laces and im a uk 7 and 6.5 uk in the mercs. What size should i get? Bro you say this are better than tekela ? There is no way... i have tekela v4 pro weah version and my friend give me this to try, there is no competition. Tekela wins by a mile.
UA needs a no-frills k-leather boot, just make it full leather with a light soleplate and watch how fast players pick them up
Fax fr just leather upper carbon fiber sole plate all I need 😂
@@LULU_Z_SEA if they just copy the legend 7 and put stiff carbon on the bottom they’ll have a winner
Doesn't even have to be kangaroo, just do what the Italians do to cow leather. Maybe, por qué no los dos? 😅
That would be awesome! I'd love to see that

Love to hear that mate! And thanks for your insight! 🤝
These are such a wild and cool design, thanks for doing a playtest in these, its always better to see boots in action. Excellent video.
No worries mate! 🫡
I love the new downward angle at first!
Will do that more!

For sure! It's definitely carbon, but doesn't have the same responsiveness

they wont not for the upcoming generation at least
Have you worn both adidas inserts? Is the carbitex actually better? I’m curious because I haven’t worn them.

You could if you wanted to mate, although I don’t recommend it
I recently saw the superfly iv video you did and it got me thinking if you are gonna do a retro review of the Vapor 11?
Maybe! If I can find a pair that isn't $600 😂
hi noah, i noticed you said a couple of times they are aggressive a lot on AG and mentioned the ankle thing. Do you think they are aggressive enough to be dangerous to wear on AG?
That's going to be personal preference at the end of the day, I'd probably stay away from them for AG surfaces.
Hi Noah!Is it better than x crazyfast+ in your opinion?😊
Depends completely on your foot shape! I prefer the Under Armour

For you Noah, gx 2’s or furons????
GX2 by a small margin
Hello. I have a very strong ankle sprain. What cleats would you recommend? :)
A therapist and physiotherapist 🤝
Hey Noah What’s your current game boot rotation?
A few things mate! GX2, Furon, Tekela, Morelia Neo 4, Shadow Elite, etc!
Hey Noah, is the tiempo 10 wider in the forefoot and toe box than the puma king? im considering getting the pumas because they’re so cheap.
Neither are wide at ALL, but the Tiempo has a wider midfoot by a bit
