Hello nastymold, hello skykids. I have a question a little off topic. Is any Playstation player experiencing problems with iaps? I bought the season pass, it worked. I bought Snuffkins robe, it worked. A few minutes later I bought Snuffkins hat and the moomin things, but I didn't get them. Sky support told me to get a refund from Playstation store. I got my refund from the Playstation store and Playstation support said, I could buy it now again. I did, but again it didn't work. The text under the Snuffkin hat said "purchase still in progress" till I left the game. When I started again the next day, the Snuffkin hat was available in tge shop as if I never bought it. And of course I didn't get it. I tried to restore purchases and renewed the Playstation licenses, but that didn't help. I don't know what to do. Did anyone experience something like that? Does anyone have a solution?
@@ChristianDengler-q4g I experienced something similar but on Nintendo switch. I paid for an item and didn’t get it so I had to write to Apple to get a refund. In the end I had to get it gifted to me, I didn’t want to try to purchase it again
