Did not know about Dewey being a land lease Town. Fascinating. I'm more of a Fenwick Island Bethany Beach fan. Still that was interesting.
It isn’t the entire town, but I would say it’s just about half of the properties

Ive stayed at both towns. Dewey had nothing to do. No shops at all. Rehobeth all day
