I live in California, and I can't find lamb in the store that isn't from New Zealand. I have nothing against New Zealand, but sheesh, we don't have any sheep in California????
The American market is something I can't quite figure out. I think the best bet is to work directly with farmers. I'm sure there is an online option if not close by. We are trying to encourage more farmers.
