At age 58 I started on carnivore a year and a half ago. It has been amazing and has exposed deeper issues to recover my health.

If it’s possible please interview “ Subash Palekar” about 5 layer forest farming model, might be useful for southern USA farmers. Great episode!

I live in California, and I can't find lamb in the store that isn't from New Zealand. I have nothing against New Zealand, but sheesh, we don't have any sheep in California????

The American market is something I can't quite figure out. I think the best bet is to work directly with farmers. I'm sure there is an online option if not close by. We are trying to encourage more farmers.
